Refunds

Is apple making it hard to get a refund on purchases that do no satisfy. I also find it hard to believe their are no other threads on this concern.

Perhaps you should read the Terms of Use for the apps that you buy and for this forum. As to the forum, you greed not to critisize Apple's busines or product descisions in these forums when you opened your user account here. That would be why there are no threads concerning the topic.


As to the app, if you are having issues with an app the ToU state that your frst step is to seek support from the developer. The developer's contact info is listed in the app's page in the App Store.


Apple considers that all sales are final. You can approach iTunes Support about a refund if you cannot get the app working properly after you have sought help from the developer.
