If you want to sync your laptop with iCloud, you can go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign into the account, then turn on the data you want to sync (see http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/mac.html).  If you just want to access the data on the web without syncing your Mac with it, you can sign into your account on icloud.com to do so.  (Note: not all iCloud data is available on icloud.com.)

    Thanks, this worked!

The only issue now is that I do not get in the icloud the iphoto while  i have done the streaming from my mac and also I have transferred photos from my iphone. I can  see contacts and calendar in the cloud. If you have any idea on that I would really appreciate your help

If you are talking about photo stream, that can only be accessed from devices signed into your iCloud account with photos stream enabled; these photos are not available on icloud.com.  If your Mac has iPhoto 9.2 or later, or Aperture 3.2 or later, you can access photo stream photos within iPhoto by checking iPhoto in System Preferences>iCoud and in iPhoto>Preferences>Photo Stream.

If that wasn't what you are asking, can you re-praise your question?
