Import the music into your iTunes library and then sync

To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions

Then:

iTunes 11 for Windows: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad

As long as they're not DRM protected, you should be able to open iTunes, go to File --> Add Folder to Library. Then browse to your Music folder, under that there should be a folder called Zune.

iTunes will have to convert any songs that are in .WMA format.

If that worked, then it's just a matter of plugging in your iPod, opening iTunes --> click on your iPod (either on the left or upper right, depening on what version of iTunes you use). Then click the Music tab towards the top and sync all or some of your music, to your liking.

Let me know that doesn't do the trick.
