😢 my FIrst gen ipod is making me mad i was getting an upgrade on it and it froze and didnt work and i paid 5.00 for it the only thing that will come up is a usb cord (for iphone) pointed up then above that a cd tith a itunes icon on it dose anyone know what that meens?😕

Hello,

If your iPod touch is displaying the connect to iTunes screen, we'll need to do just that. Your iPod is currently in recovery mode, and we'll need to restore it with iTunes to get back to working order. The following troubleshooting assistant may provide more information:
