after downloading a movie the audio portion of the movie doesn't work very well, it keeps jumping around

thanks Matt, that link didn't help with the audio being off in iTunes.

1. the audio and video are synched using Quicktime.
(this tells me the audio synch issue has nothing to do with PC settings)

2. The audio and video are not synched using iTunes.

The issue is iTunes.
