lost or stolen iphone 5

If you turned on Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, and it is registered in iCloud, and you have logged into iCloud and clicked Find My Phone it should appear if it is turned on and connected to the Internet. If it is off or has been wiped clean it will not appear and is not traceable. Change all passwords associated with accounts on the device.
