It's not a virus, they are just phishing emails trying to get your account and paymeet details (iTunes doesn't send emails about accounts being disabled) -you could forward them to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete them

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Agrer you've reset it you might then need to log out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in for the account to be 'refreshed' on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

We are fellow users, we won't know why your account is disabled nor can we potentially re-enable it
You've tried : If your Apple ID is locked - Apple Support ?
If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support again, use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
please my friend a been having serious issue with her iphone ,apple id as been disable since November 25. up till date , yet they haven't respond to her ..
She's tried re-enabling the account, following all the instructions in the link in my post immediately above yours ? Has she contacted iTunes Support again ? As we are fellow users we can't potentially get her account re-enabled for her

Try resetting the account's password and logging out and back in as on the link above. If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it
I keep getting emails about my apple id being disabled, but when I go to log in I am fine, and I am not about to open the email for fear it is a virus.... is it?
