If you have bluetooth connected or intragrated to your pc. but i seriously doubt that windows xp or pc's from the past would have bluetooth intragrated.

The iPod iOS does not include the neccessry Bluetooth profiles to file transfer and do other things with a PC. What are you trying to do?
