Q: iTunes has stopped working
Whenever I launch iTunes, it opens up normally. However, when I connect my iPhone I receive the message: iTunes has stopped working and iTunes then proceeds to crash.
How do I fix this?
I've tried reinstalling and I've tried restarting the computer but none of them worked.
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
