I use both the iPad, & Kindle Fire HD. I like to have all of my calendars, & email sync together. I have been able to sync my Gmail with the calandar, but not my iCloud email with calandar. Now I have managed to set up the iCloud email on the Kindle Fire HD, but not the calandar. Does anyone know how to set up iCloud calandar on the Kindle Fire HD? Thank you!
I found an app that syncs the calendars directly to the Fire Calendar.
It's called "Sync for iCloud" by IO.com.mt
It's a utility that syncs the account to the native calendar.
I'm still digging on getting at least get access to iCloud Drive and Photo Library.

You can if it is attached to your email and it is part of your iCloud calendar. If it is an extra calendar you have set up on your computer or other device that is not directly linked to your account, it will not work....or I have not discovered it yet.
This is not helpful because the information is false.
I have a solution that will not cost anything, no downloads, no duplicate entries, etc. So obvious some probably don't even think of it. It's not prefect, but it does work!
Use the a browser such as Dolphin on the Kindle. Set it to view as desktop in the settings. Go to http://www.icloud.com

Yes you can add your icloud email to your Kindle.
First you go to appleid.apple.com and log into your account
If not set already activate your 2-Step Verification. ( Needs to be On)
Under Security go to App-Specific Password> Generate Password
you can use this generated password to connect to your email and the hyphens are not required.
I have just set my Kindle Fire (3rd Gen) with my icloud account so I know it can be done.
I am currently working on the calendar part. You can get your email but unable to sync the calendar.

Well I found this app on the Amazon.co.uk store, but it says it's not compatible with the Kindle Fire HD that I've just bought. This is a shame, as like others, I like to have my calendars etc. all synchronised. The Kindle Fire may have to go back!

I Can sync my gmail calendar to the Fire but not the Icloud calendar. I've been finding out that gmail has been pretty universal on all devices. I really wish I cloud would be that universal cuz I have most everything on icloud.
Oh and gmail calendar syncs to iPad and iPhone. I just wanted to use icloud one but might need to switch my stuff to gmail so I can access it on any device.
