I'm also having this issue. I tried to delete them off my Iphone 5 and they wont delete. I am not able to sync my itunes since I have over 200Gs of music and only 16G Iphone. all the issues are with songs I bought on itunes. not sure when they stopped playing, it was either this past update or the one before it. I did IOS 6.1.4 last night and wonder if it screwed up my phone since I have a rather large amount of gigs listed as "other" like roughly 4gs and usually have about 1g or a little over.

I'm having this same issue on iPhone 6 and iOS 8. I select a specific song, and the player just begins flipping sequentially through songs and album artwork, without actually playing anything.

This is actually not a "skipping" problem with audio, but that the player never actually plays anything. It just flips from song to song (and displays album artwork to match each song), but never actually starts playing. I select one song, and it begins going bonkers.

Annnnnd, I'm just being stupid. Did not recognize that all of my iCloud Match song titles had been loaded to my iPhone, but the music files themselves had not. The player was trying to play all of them, but they all presumably had zero length.
