Oil inside screen

Oil has seeped into my iphone 5 screen and left the screen dark an blotchy. How do i get the oil out and fix it?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

Either replace the screen yourself if you can find one or take it to Apple and pay for a replacement.
