International English Keyboard Layout

Hi,
I am planning to get a MBP with Int'l English as Keyboard and OS language. However, could someone just confirm what the layout is like exactly?

I found the following on Wikipedia, if you could let me know whether your Int'l English keyboard does indeed look like the one on Wikipedia, that would be much appreciated.

PS: I understand that there will not be a Windows key 😉

My understanding is that the “English” version would have the pound sign, where the Int’l would have either a Euro or a Dollar sign. Otherwise they are the same.

Thanks! So all the 'blue' letters in the Wiki picture are not actually printed on the keyboard but only accessible through pressing a certain combination of keys?

It looks like the US-International one.

Though for some crazy reason Apple decided that the 2nd most popular key (Enter) should be cut down and made half the size of ever so popular (what does it actually do) right hand shift key...

I wonder if Apple actually do any user testing on these systems?

Not Apples fault. It is a EU regulation. US key arrangements are not allowed to be imported/sold in the EU countries. The had to make something physically different. I think the only manufacturer allowed to sell US keyboards in the EU is Cherry and only for server machines. Only way getting a real US keyboard is smuggling it. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.
