not able to burn cd-r with i-tunes

I have not been able to burn a CD-R with itunes in quite a while. I ran the diagnostics inserting a pre recorded CD as I wsa instructed to do, and below is the result. Apparently, it does not recognize there is any CD in the drive. I deleted the lower filters in an effort to get the drive recognized as I was instructed to do elsewhere when researching my problem. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
