I have to upload my camp america application video but i have no idea what else i can do to make it 50mb or less :/

framerate … 15fps adds slightly stutter, but axes size by 50%
you can limit the bit-rate to 'any' value, depending on the other settings, 5000kbps-500kbps, test what fullfill your needs
