If any water entered any of the ports, turn the iPhone off.
Rice or desicants may work, but any moisture damage that has already occured won't be fixed by simply drying out the internal components.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage. It is a limited manufacturer's warranty, not insurance.
Power it off and put in a sealed plastic bag with uncooked rice and do not touch for at least 3 days. There's a very small chance it will work again, but even if it does, it's likely to have new problems develop
The standard iPhone warranty does not cover water damage, and in fact is completely voided by water exposure. Unless you purchased AppleCare+ or other hazard insurance, the best you can hope for is an out-of-warranty replacement, price varying with country.
