how do I shuffle the order of my playlists that I want to burn to cd?

I'm trying to shuffle my playlist order prior to burning to a cd. The only options I seem to have are to order the songs by date, genre, artist, length, name, title, etc.....nothing to shuffle. I am burning over 300 songs and to sort in a random manner one by one is ridiculous. Also, how can you quickly delete duplicates in a play list or your library? Itunes flags them all, but that means I need to go deselecting every other line, again, a ridiculous amount of work.
