Apple mail transfer. Any software for this?

Looking for a software or application that can transfer my emails and other mail boxes from apple mail to outlook 2011.

Requirement of software arises because there is no direct way to transfer the emails, the import option in outlook 2011 seems to be broken and imports only blank folders.

I am looking for a software that can not only transfer the emails from apple mail to outlook 2011 but also save my folder hierarchy i.e, transfer all the folders and the emails in them as they are and also save the attachments in several emails.

I have a mac book pro with mac os x mountain lion.
