In Windows I use MP3Trim to mass normalize my mp3 files. I found a version for Mac but can't figure out how to use it. Is there one out there that is easy to use? I mean I can drag my files to it and have it normalize the files?

Apple has its Sound Check feature in iTunes, which will try to normalize the volume of your tracks.

This is pretty good. I didn't know about this. But is there an app that can normalize all the files no matter where they are played?

BIAS Peak used to do this, but I believe the company is out of business now so its software is no longer available for sale, but if you found a copy somewhere it might be what you're looking for.
