I completed the Windows Migration Assistant process - to transfer files from my PC to my Mac. When prompted with options to transfer I selected all, since it was not clear. I cannot find any of the files or photos frmo my PC on my MAC. Any helpful hints?

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Users/ as the path, and drag the migrated home folder to the desktop. Alternatively, log into it, move items you want to transfer to /Users/Shared/, and from there to the other account's home folder.

Any of the folders I attempt to select are locked and when i double click, they tell me i dont have permission...
Instead of double-clicking them, drag them to the desktop. You'll be asked for an administrator password.
