I cant believ how unreliable & unprofessional Apple has become. Im blown away by the wonton disregard 4 peoples playlists, files, overall content in general. After updating today, ALL OF MY FILES WERE COMPLETELY WIPED OFF INCLUDING MY ITUNES CATALOGUE
