Q: I bought my printer along with my mac two years ago and recently it has been printing out what was supposed to be colored into green ? I'm not sure if this is because of the epson printer? Or what should I do ? btw i bought the epson printer in the apple

    It sounds to me as if your printer has run out of one or more colors of toner.  Do you have a way of checking toner levels?

    Welcome, Megan!

     

    Through Apple's poor choice of forum labels, you've found the forum for ancient Apple hardware made before 1998, and it doesn't get many views as a result. Non-Apple products get even fewer views.

     

    If your problem turns out to more than a dry print cartridge as JustSomeGuy has suggested, we should get you moved to an active forum. If you will post your Mac OSX version (from "About the Mac") I can ask the Hosts to move you to the forum for your OS version, usually the best place to ask about prinintg issues.

     

    Also, with printer questions it's really important to tell the community the model--not just the brand--and how it's communicates---USB cable; ethernet cable; wireless---to your computer.
