When I bought this phone from Apple Store I was told this able to handle BOTH system!! Is it right? Can I activate it on Verizon and T-mobile at the same time? It would be nice feature to use cdma where T-mobile not cover.

In a nutshell, your plan will work, but I'd recommend using Verizon as your primary provider unless you have some awesome deal for sevice that costs less than $50 a month.
However, the two cellular radios cannot be controlled with the iOS. You will have to remove the SIM card every time to switch to CDMA service.

Only a phone intended for use on Verizon's network can be used on Verizon. An unlocked phone purchased from the Apple Store will not work on Verizon.
