Ipad mini imei number

I was just wondering if the imei number on the ipad is the same as the serial number on the ipad mini as I can't find an imei number anywhere in the about section. If its not can you tell me where I can find my imei number as I have looked on my packaging as well as in my general settings. Thanks.
