Changing Stores requires an impossible epmty balance? Trying to change my country to UK, and followed the correct instructions, but it says, "You have a store credit balance; youm ust spend your balance before you can change stores." But I have 76 cents..

I'm trying to change my country from US to UK, and followed the correct instructions, but it says, "You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores." But I only have 76 cents! I can't buy anything! Anyone, help?

If you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask if they can remove the balance so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
