Why do you ask? I'm new to this and thought this is where I am able to ask questions. I have an iPad 4 looking to see how I can wifi my photos from my camera to my iPad. I was albe to download the app when I first purchased my iPad, but cannot figure out why it's not working.
Thank you for the link, but I already have it downloaded. I have the Samsung WB150F camera and it will not connect. Trying to figure out how I can wifi my photos to my iPad.
Try rebooting iPad and router.
I did that and still nothing. The message I'm getting is 'A camera that is not compatible with the current applications has been connected. View supported applications.' Why would it not be supported if both my iPad and my camera have the MobileLink app?
Maybe you should talk to the people at Samsung Support.
I have a Samsung wb150f. The Samsung MobileLink version 1.0.9 is no compatible with the 64bit version hardware of the new iPhone 5s. In the past the application could read and transfer both photos and videos from the camera to the iPhone until the 4s model that i used to have. Now i have a iPhone 5s and i can see and transfer only photos.
I try the same thing with my iPad mini, and it can see and transfer photos and videos.
I think that the problem is with the compatibility of the new 64 bit processor of the new iPhone 5s.
I don't know who should fix that, the Apple or the Samsung but it is bad!
