Q: Sometimes the Ipad in Guided Access freezes which is a real problem if you are using the device as a kiosk. Is Apple aware of this problem?

I am using an Ipad 2 as a Kiosk enabling the Access Guide function but sometimes the Ipad freezes. The Ipad is protected with a case that disables the hardware buttons of the devices. One of my clients has also told me that they found the Ipad running the youtube app and they were absolutely sure that the device was in Access guide.
