Widened Headphone Jack, any solutions?

Hello,

I have a Unibody 2011 MacBook Pro. I once plugged in a (supposedly) 3.5 mm Headphone plug, but the it struggled to enter. When i removed it, the jack is now wider! When i plug in any official 3.5 mm plugs, they're really soft and dont fit in snugly. They are really loose and tend to disconnect even with the lightest touch. This occured maybe 6 months ago. Lately, the headphones i plug now, sometimes have low sound, and sometimes have "normal" sound and the plug moves a bit (tiny bit) in the plug, you can feel it hinge inside.
