Hi m,
Is this just today? I've seen several different types of errors today and wonder if Apple is having server issues. I'd try again tomorrow.
I've been trying for the past week or two.

Ah, different story then.
Here's some reading for you which might help: https://www.google.com/search?q=mac+software+update+error+102&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8& aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
So there was an update for Thunderbolt Firmware, iTunes, and iMovie. I was trying to "Update All" and for some crazy reason I didn't try updating them individually until now. I still got the error for the iTunes and iMovie. The Thunderbolt required restart. I didn't get the error message for that and my MB shut down, but didn't restart. When i turned it back on the thunderbolt update wasn't downloaded or installed, but the iTunes and iMovie updates are currently downloading. So I guess the restart fixed it.
That's good to hear. 😉
