do I close itunes when restarting computer because ipod cannot disconnect because of "files in use"
computer tells me my ipod classic has "files in use" (when it hasn't) so I can't disconnect. Saw "restart computer" answer, but you don't mention whether to leave itunes open or close it before restarting.
