Q: Problems with iOS 6.1.3 on iPod Touch 4th gen.

I'm currently using iOS 6.1.3 on my iPod Touch 4th Generation, and since i've downloaded it, almost all my Apps close in a few seconds, including App Store, Configurations, Mail, Safari and other Apps that come with the iPod. Is anybody having the same problem? How can i solve it?

I think i'm still in my warranty time, is there any use for it in this kind of situation?

I got same issue with my Google Chrome and Twitter app, what I did is reset my itouch and my apps worked again....

Settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset All Settings

(will not delete everything.
