It doesn't work

Hi i am your costumer from apple i got issue My battery it was not work. After that I remove the battery and I put new battery but I try to switch on comp apple MacBook when I plug in to the Apple Mac it shows full battery and when I took it from Apple Mac it doesn't work can you tell me how exactly I have to put it or i have installed thanks for attention to me I will be appreciated to help me
