How do you know that there is a keylogger?
keyloggers are pretty hard to come by it's not something you just get
a malware scan like ms's free one or many of other free ones should tell if it was the case
many people who experience things or bugs with computers which confuse them write it off as
keylogger (pretty new), virus, hacker, trojan...
Is there an Antivirus you recommend? Other the ms? Ive had key loggers on my pc and ive been hacked before. I was hacked yesterday. And I am just trying to cover all my bases. Ive only used my mac and my iphone, which has been wiped just to be safe. Im fairly new to Mac. I love my Iphone and have wanted the mac book air for awhile. But I dont know much about it. I got a great deal on it brand new. So i guess im just trying to avoid this hacking stuff again.
ClamXav or Sophos.
You have posted this in the Boot Camp forum... does that mean you're experiencing these problems in Windows?
If you're concerned about a keylogger in Mac OS X, what are you seeing that makes you concerned about that? In my experience, most people who think they have malware of some kind on their Macs actually don't. However, without more information, we can't rule anything out.
To learn more in general about malware on the Mac and how to protect yourself from it, see my Mac Malware Guide.

How? All known OS X keyloggers require physical access to your computer or, if you have sharing turned on, via your local network.
Keyloggers are not normally detected by any OS X A-V software, because of the above. The only one that specializes in Spyware is MacScan from SecureMac and it has a reputation for false alarms as well as a low probability of detection for most other forms of malware.
