May 29, 2013 7:53 AM in response to Madmax99Zby KiltedTim,Sounds to me like they don't have your account provisioned properly. Contact Optus again and escalate the call until you get someone who understands the word "provisioning".
If it works with Vodafone and Telstra, then the problem must be with Optus.
