I have a credit on my I-Tunes that I have not been able to use due to an error that keeps showing up (#1202) We could not complete your request due to this error. I have tried all of the suggested fixes. Help?

I have a gift card credit on my I-Tunes account that I have been unable to use for the last year due to an error that keeps popping up.

Error 1202...I tried to update my profile and the same thing pops up. I have contacted all of the support for HP, Apple and nothing has been resolved.

I would like to resolve this issue and start purchasing new music without losing my credit. Anybody have the same problem! 🙂
