iTunes crashes consistently when iTunes Match starts uploading of songs (on Windows iTunes 11.0.3.42)

I have latest iTunes software on Windows7 and when iTunes Match reaches the upload song (3rd part in the wizard) it crashes.

This happens consistently.

iTunes Match-OTHER, Windows 7

resolved this by deleting the entire waiting que.
