Is there a system wide audio manager?
I'm trying to find a system wide audio manager for my MacBook Pro that won't cause voice lag or delays. Any suggestions?
MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Do a spotlight search for "Audio MIDI Setup", that should help.
Right on, I'll give it a shot. I made the mistake of installing Audio Hijack & now I cant find the f***ing app, even unhid everything & AppCleaner cant find it. Looks like a full restore is in order just to get rid off something I dont need/cant use.
Bobby, thanks for the tip it helped only slightly, but its not exactly what I'm looking for, I need a seperate full EQ app.
they say :
To remove Audio Hijack Pro, simply place it in the Trash. If you've installed any of the extra components, you may wish to uninstall them first using the Install Extras menu item in the Audio Hijack Pro menu.
extras seemingly being InstantOn.kext & Rogue Amoeba Schedule Helper.app although perhaps others.
Find any File makes finding leftovers a little easier.
Thanks evryone. The Audio Hijack problem isnt going away. While the icon shows in Launchpad, it is not in the applications folder. AppCleaner cant find it & dragging it from Lanchpad to the Trash fails as well. I don't understand how an app can do this. Its still there & starts from Launchpad but its not anywhere that I can find. Did it somehow embed itself in my OS?
Did you empty the trash, and reboot after removing it?
since it starts : when it's open, Command - click on the Dock icon & a Finder window should open showing the location.
