Ive deleted pictures and apps and music,, just about everything!! Im still getting notifications that my memory is full!. When i plugged into my computer and pulled up itunes, i noticed the "Other" was taking up alot of space. What is this?

It means you should search the forums before posting as your question has been asked and answered hundreds of times already.
Other includes a lot of things you have saved on your phone, email, email attachments, downloads that failed, etc. The only way to get rid of it and recover the space is to restore your phone as new and don't restore from a backup. The Other will be included in the backup and will then reappear on your phone.
I use a program called PhoneClean on my Windows 7 Laptop to clean out some of the temp files and small junk and recover a few hundred megabytes, never gigabytes.
