Q: How do I enable personal hotspot using sprint?

Everytime I try to set up a personal hotspot it asks me to call sprint or go on the website. Which I have. I cannot find how to enable it. Only how to use it once its already enabled. Help please?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

You must subscribe to a data plan that supports it. Only then can you enable it. Contact Sprint.
