Is there a way to organize reading lists into customizable folders?

Hi there,

I'm doing research and I am sifting through 100+ articles/pages a day and I find myself spending lots of time sifting articles saved on my reading list, trying to find the one I am looking for. Is there a way to create folders within the reading list feature? Any help would be great.
