May 30, 2013 11:33 AM in response to cheekypaulby snowman999,At various stages it said that the file needed to be converted and I'd do that and it wouldn't do anything.
I was able to make mono AIFFs and it would say "This can be added directly to the track", and still nothing.
For some reason it just doesn't work that way.
But, I got it working by opening the workspace browser, clicking on the file and it brought it in.
It's not the easy way to do it. But, at the moment it's the only way.

May 30, 2013 11:51 AM in response to snowman999by cheekypaul, can you post a screenshot or two?
hold shift+cmd+4, then drag the dotted area. when you let go, the mac takes a picture of that area. it'll probably be in your pictures folder.
