how to use icloud to restore my itunes library

if you are trying to download your purchased songs, you can authorize your new computer in iTunes and log into your iTunes store with your apple id. On the right hand panel you should see a link that shows your Purchases, you'll be able to download all your songs/movies/apps from there that were associated to your apple id. If you had songs that were'nt purchased form iTunes your would have to manually transfer those files, with a thumbdrive for example... hope this helps! 🙂

iTunes Library > Edit > Preferences > Store > “Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases” > Download the iCloud Songs you Want

Or something like that when using a new computer...
