Blue screen after booting

when i boot my macbook 2.2GHz running snow leopard, i got blue screen after the apple logo.

when i try safe boot, pressing shift key after the booting sound, it boots in the safe mode.

try to boot from CD or another other booting method, it does not work.

could any one guide me how to solve this issue.

is it cruppted system file, or malfunction in HD or Logic Board? need to replace any thing?
