I'm using an iPhone 4 (iOS 4.3) and I can't use apps like Instagram,Twitter etc..Please help me to get an old version and to Sync it. Hopefully....................

If you want to use those Apps... why not Update your phone.
The iPhone 4 can update to iOS 6.

You need to update your phone. The only apps you can install are whatever apps are available in the app store. If you didn't already have an older version of an app, there is no way for you to get such now.
