iPad 2 update/firmware 6.1.3 status bar stuck

It won't let me update the iPad to the newest update.

The apple logo and status bar screen comes up, but it gets stuck around 10% everytime.

It's already in DFU mode.

Any help would be appreciated.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3, wifi + 3g
