I read one article saying that there Are spyware app for NONJAILBROKEN iPhone ?? How does that could happen?? And it's not an app store applications !!!

That "article" is a piece of gibberish and possibly just advertising. First it says you don't have to jailbreak, then it explains that you do, then it claims that you don't. If you click on the link at the bottom, it takes you to a link for spyware that requires jailbreaking the phone. If you click on the link at the bottom of that page, it takes you to a notice that the software is no longer available.

As was actually stated in the article, you cannot install anything on a non-jailbroken phone except apps from the App Store.

Sorry, it is a joke. In the US, when someone is concerned about people spying on them, we say they put on foil hats to block signals. Don't worry about it, and don't worry about spyware on your phone.
