How do I purchase HD movies to sync to my ipad gen 4?

IM strugging to understand how I can get an HD movie I want to purchase, to my ipad gen 4.

Im trying to purchase the movie, from windows 7, latest version of itunes. It tells me I cannot purchase it because I cant play it on the windows PC because its not compliant, but i dont want to play it on my pc, i want to sync it to my ipad.

Wireless it not availible to be able to purchase directly from ipad 4.

Why are you makingthis so hard. Do you want me to just go and pirate it because it would have taken me a fraction of my wasted time thus far.

That doesnt help me.

It's trying to charge me the same amount as the SD purchase not the HD purchase.

It says I an buy it to transfer but then doesnt offer me the option.

Are you saying i purchase it at $9.99 for SD, then go to accoutn page to re purchase it for the difference in HD for sync?

I dont want to do this to find i have purchased the SD version and have to py full price for HD later on.

This flow is so flawed its rediculous.

So basically I have just learnt that I cannot transfer ANYTHING I have already purchased on itunes to my ipad gen 4 because the host PC does not have HDCP complaint connection to my monitor.

Great work negotiating those terms Apple. Well done. Useless.
