I have never dropped it, nor have I ever had problems with this before. I've tried multiple outlets and multiple computers to try to get it to respond; no dice.
It was completely charged. The lock button got stuck in the down position about two months ago,
but that hasn't affected anything ever. Please help.

Try hold down the Power and Home button for 10 seconds, if that doesn't work try connecting it to a power outlet and let it charge for around 1 hour. If the problem still persists I recommend taking it to your local Apple store as they will be happy to help you.
