Well, i test for my own risk and WORK!!
I finally buy a Plantronics BackBeatGo headset stereo Bluetooth and try with my Polar H7 HeartRate Monitor on my iPhone 5, and both can be used at the same time via Bluetooth!
So now, I can run and monitoring heart and listen music all together...!
