cant start cant open, just black screen with colorful wheel

cant realized that battery was getting empty, and then screen turn to black, then i connect to its charger, wait for opening sign but nothing but the colorful wheel and black screen. i wait for a while, for loading some charge, opened screen but nothing is changed.

so how can i open, even close the system? it has been so long so far that black screen...
